Basics – hometown, family, college –
Navarre Beach, FL – Married with daughters McKenzie who is 6 and Madison who is 4. Two dogs (great dane/boxer mix & lab mix), cat and goldfish. I went to the University of Mobile for a short time.

What do you do in Big Daddy Weave (instrument and other duties)?
I play bass and sing some background vocals. My other big obligation is to make sure all logistics happen for touring and such. Basically, I handle the overall business side of Big Daddy Weave.

What would you do if you weren’t in Big Daddy Weave?Wal-Mart Greeter. Wouldn’t that be a great job! No, I would probably still be doing what the Lord had us do but by serving at a church.

Who is your all-time favorite musician/artist? Jimmy Lee Sloas – session bass player who has played on most Carrie Underwood records

What is your favorite type of food?
Mexican

Favorite book:
The Bible – I don’t read much but the reading the Word is my favorite thing to do as far as reading!

Best Advice ever received?
When I was trying to make the decision between school and pursuing music my father told me “School will always be there but this opportunity that God has given you won’t always be.”

Who is currently on your iTunes playlist?
We listen to a lot of country music and Christian music – Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Phil Wickham, Top 40 Christian. My wife likes to download what she hears on Klove.

What is your most played song on iTunes?
Bethel Live - One Thing Remains.

What is your Favorite City and why?
I am a country guy – love the scenery of Alaska and Maine but if I had to pick a city, I would pick New York City. There is great people watching on Broadway and I love John’s Pizzeria on 44th and 8th.

We used be called Big Daddy Weave and the Institution

What’s the best part about being in Big Daddy Weave?Knowing that we are doing exactly what Jesus told you to do. There is a peace in my heart about what we are doing and that helps me sleep at night
