Big Daddy Weave

The spirit of joy in our home right now is so wonderful! It's great to be back from tour and even greater to talk about and celebrate all that God was so faithful to do while we were out on the road. We had the chance to pray literally for hundreds of people over the course of the tour and have been blown away by the response and testimonies of physical and emotional healing, restored relationships, and hearts surrendered to Jesus. What a privilege to share in what God is doing! The most beautiful part of tour to me though was just the wonderful feeling of rest and refreshment that comes from being in God's Presence. So as we approach the holiday season that's what I'm praying over my house and for yours. The rest, the peace, and the sweetness of God's Presence! Taking time to step back and really see how faithful He's been to us, even in the times we consider tragic or difficult.

It is not impossible to see Him even then. In fact, in my life I feel it's in the middle of the chaos I've experienced Him even more profoundly!

This year at the Weaver house Kandice and I are so thankful for new life as we celebrate the first Thanksgiving with our little Naomi. Eli and Zeke are the most terrific big brothers and are so proud of their little sister. I'm so thankful for my family and always look forward to coming home. I'm equally thankful this year for my BDW family. There is a freshness and appreciation in friendships with each other like we've not experienced in our thirteen years together.
