Hey Mike,
After talking with you last week, just wanted you to know I signed up and am onboard for 90 in ‘09! I’ve used the excuse that my height (6’1”) helps to hide some of my obesity for too many years…so here I am determined to change my lifestyle and lose the 90 in ’09. I know I’ll feel so much better with it off. So, I began yesterday, joined a local gym to make sure I’m getting my exercise in, along with making the changes in my eating habits. I FELT your pain with today’s video and the pizza temptation. Hang in there brother…I’m proud of you for the 33 that you’ve gotten rid of so far!
