I committed myself to 90 in 09 on Jan 5, 2009. Since then I have lost 20 pounds. More importantly though, my relationship with the Lord is so much deeper than before. Mike, the videos you have on the site have been extremely inspiring to me. You are so real and honest about your struggles and at the same time help me to want to continue this journey when the going gets rough. I have met wonderful people on the 90 in 09 forum site and their posts and stories are also a big part of my success. I pray for you and all the others doing this daily and know that God will see us through our Journey to a healthier lifestyle as we both struggle and grow along the way.

What An INSPIRATION YOU'VE BEEN

I started my commitment to lose weight in March and now I've lost 40lbs so far and there is no stopping me now. I find you very inspiring and I feel that I have a grown even closer to our Lord. My goal is to lose 90 in 09 as well and I'm really used to my routine now. I used to never exercise, now I can't go without it, I love it. I watch my portions and I worship daily and every week, a little more weight seems to disappear. Some weeks I stay the same, but I haven't gained any, and that is amazing to me. Thanks for the inspiration, I pray for your success always and I thank God for all you've made me aware of concerning my health.
