I was inspired by your journey. I read about Dr. Asa on your 90 in 09 website. I ordered his book on amazon, and am on the anti-inflammatory diet right now. Monday will be 2 weeks. I have lost 5 lbs, and am excited to get healthier and happier right along side you Mike!! I hope to live better, and this whole experience is bringing me closer to God and closer to health!!
