It's been an honor to watch the physical, emotional and most of all spiritual changes that God is doing through you during this process! I pray that God continues to give you will power each day to say no to the bad foods, determination to keep working out as you get stronger every day, and great insight as you dig deep into God's word for healing. You are an amazing leader for our family and I am so thankful you've been given this opportunity... and thankful for the overflow it has had on our family. We are all eating differently, spending our time doing new activities and so much more. One of the sweetest images throughout this process to me is watching you on the treadmill as Eli marches and dances along and Zeke kicks on the floor to the music!
