Big Daddy Weave

I was at home with a cold last week and saw your story on the 700 Club. I usually work days and cannot watch it. It was very inspiring as I am going through my own battle with my weight right now.
I am 5'5" and weigh 240 lbs. My heaviest weight ever. I went through a difficult marriage, separation and divorced just before Christmas this year. I still really love my husband and keep praying for God to change his heart and show him the truth about me. I am a stress eater and put on about 65 lbs. dealing with this whole thing. It has been very stressfull, but it also has brought me closer to God and taught me to lean on Him. I would have never survived this without the grace of God in my life.
I am in the Dance Ministry at church and I am really beginning to see the intercesory/warfare power behind my dancing. My body is my weapon for warfare and I have let it get rusty and dull. I am committed to use my gift of dance and to become a more powerful dancer, but at this size, I tire easily and cannot be as effective as I would like to be. I am determined that with prayer, exercise and diet to lose at least these 65 lbs. (I will see how healthy I feel at that point and then decide if more needs to be done.) My marriage and divorce have taught me that I can't do it on my own. I have to give it over to Christ and I will turn to Him when I feel weak.
I have foung the greatest exercise program (at least for me). It is Kettlenetics. You use a "U" shaped weight and the exercises are set to dance moves. I hate lifting weights, but know how important strength training is. This program lets me strength train, and do cardio, by doing what I love to do, dance. I just started it, but hope to have good reports soon. I can't wait to let you know how much weight I am loosing, and how God has led me throught my dance to touch others.
