I heard on my local christian radio this morning klov about Mike wanting to lose some weight for 2009. Well, I wanted to share with you Mike, that I have lost 80 lbs to date. It is now my purpose to share with everyone that I have found the most safest, easiest wellness plan to lose weight. Here is the recipe:
2 ounces of Mangosteen juice (Xango)
2 ounces of Keifer (sold in health food stores)
1 TBl. of coconut oil
1 Tbl. of extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tbls. of a good protein powder (I prefer nutribiotic berry)
fruit of choice
blend all in blender and drink up
I make 2 of these fat burning cocktails everyday and then eat a sensible dinner. Please believe me that you are NOT hungry... This is an amazing plan and I will never go without it in my life.
