I feel frustrated. I'd originally set all these New Year goals, one of which included losing 90 lbs. I've let God down & let myself down. I'm a beached whale. I'm about 315 lbs & 5'6". I never EVER dreamed I'd get this big. I remember being upset when I'd hit 133. I'd love to be that small again. 133 was a disappointment. 200 was a disaster & by 300, I sort of gave up. Now, I really want to lose weight but feel I don't have the energy, positive attitude, or will to accomplish the goal. I guess some things aren't meant to be. So I admire what you're doing! I think it's great, healthy, & you have great accountability. Good for you. Keep up the good work!!!
