I am so bummed! My husband and I went to see you at a concert in Fairview on July 2nd and LOVED your music. The next day we sat down and ordered your CD library and paid with our bank card. The funds have been taken from our account but we have not received the cds yet. A customer service rep made apology on July 20 stating they were being sent next day via UPS and to expect them by the 22nd. Her response to my next inquiry on July 23 stated she would look for the tracking number but to expect them tomorrow. We have still not received them as of the 26th (today). We do not know how to proceed to get the music we paid for and would so enjoy listening to....please help. colleenkinslow@yahoo.com
postscript added 1/15/2011: Very remiss in updating this...the cd's were received!!! It did take about 5 weeks but in the end all was in right order and we are enjoying the cd's immensely. Keep makin' music that speaks across the nations AND generations!
